AZULENE pressed ten thousand ferns into cyanotype before anyone thought a woman's catalogue worth keeping, so the catalogue kept her instead. She faded out of the records and into the prints, and has been archiving the living world in blue ever since, convinced that to be cataloged in light is the only honest immortality.
